Support Services
Organisations moving to new premises generally need to review their support services. This is due to the fact that their current support services were developed to suit their current location which often includes a number of separate buildings. Services therefore need to be adapted and rationalised for the new premises. Often the organisations also want to take this opportunity to improve the existing services. We are experienced in assisting organisations in reviewing their current services and developing and implementing appropriate services for the new premises.

- auditing and reviewing the existing support services as unobtrusively as possible
- developing new concepts and ideas to suit the new environment
- developing procedures and job descriptions to suit the new concepts
- setting up the service level agreements for the support areas
- managing the tendering process for the outsourcing of services, if appropriate
